No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Simbroidery reproduces the raised texture, thread striation and edge of embroidery while rendering your art at full resolution. At arm's length most people cannot tell them apart. Up close, ours holds detail that thread physically cannot. If a franchise standard or spec sheet requires literal thread, tell us and we will say so up front.

50 to 100 washes when it is applied correctly and cared for properly. That matches or beats traditional screen printing, and outlasts direct-to-garment or vinyl.

Wash cold, tumble low, no bleach, and keep an iron off the decoration itself. Hot water and bleach are what shorten its life, so the care label is worth passing on to whoever handles your laundry.

No. PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG all work. Higher resolution is better, but a 300px logo pulled off your website is usually fine at chest size. If it is not, we will tell you before we run it rather than after.
